Turn Low Energy into High Energy
Turn Low Energy into High Energy
When I feel depressed or anxious, I get active right away. I'll go for a run or a swim to burn off that energy. I push myself all the way to the limit of exhaustion by getting physically active, then all I want to do is eat and go to sleep. When I wake up, I am in a much better mood and can focus on things I actually want to think about.

Yo... I just pretend I'm an actor and my role is to be a happy outgoing dude. Yeah like I'll just go around acting as if I have a lot of energy and like smiling a lot while holding doors for people and saying hi to strangers. Yeah but check it out dude then I go home and cry (glad this is anonymous ha ha) and then I play GTA-V until I feel like my regular self. It works so I do it every time.
I say, "I love you" to everyone I know.
I say, "I love you" to everyone I know.
When I tell my friends and family that I love them, they say it back to me. I mean everyone too... I will text everyone in my phone, DM everyone I am closer to on social media, and when I start to feel a little bit better I will say it to my family and local friends face to face.
I have the purr-fect friend.
I have the purr-fect friend.
When I have my worst days, honestly I go find Klaus my amputee tabby cat and love on him and the purrs I get from him brings me so much comfort and joy knowing my love means something to him. It really helps with self esteem also. That may not work for everyone but for me it’s medicine.
